'FORBIDDEN' FOODS THAT ARE HEALTHY FOR YOU

Society has developed some firm convictions about which foods are healthy and unhealthy for us. These foods at one time or another were all 'forbidden' from a healthy diet. However research shows that many of these foods have high nutritional value and should be included into your diet.


These 'bad' foods may not weigh you down as much as you think.


How many of these foods have you already cut out of your diet? And will you be happy to put them back on your grocery list?

Some obvious examples are:
  • Wine
  • Chocolate
  • Butter
  • Beer
  • Beef
  • Pasta


Less obvious example: 
  • Eggs
  • Avocados and high fat nuts
  • Shrimp
