'FORBIDDEN' FOODS THAT ARE HEALTHY FOR YOU

PASTA


Most people believe that pasta should be avoided because it is too high in carbohydrates. Pasta is in fact, low in calories, and if you choose a whole grain pasta, its a good source filling fiber as well. Cooked pasta's high water content can also help fill you up. When we eat carbs our body releases a hormone called serotonin, which helps you feel relaxed and satisfied. Don't over do it though and bulk it up with healthy veggies and lean meats.
